Live-stream Info. and Rules!

Hello, everyone!
I decided that since I'm doing live-streams more often, I should send up some ground works from rules and that stuffy stuff.
This is just going to be basic stuff about requests, and chat mostly during live streams. If additional rules need to be created, I'll be sure to add them here later on.
Request Rules
1. I will not draw anything involving sexual content of any kind (fetishes, naked people, enlarged private parts.)
I'm sorry for those who like sexual content, but I will not draw it. I can draw kissing and cuddling, but I don't plan to go further than that. I just find it disturbing and I would just prefer leaving it alone. I am, however, alright with gore on any level.
2. Have a Reference prepared
I am not the greatest when it comes to description, I'm much more accurate when there's a ref involved, plus it lowers the chance of inaccuracy of what you really wanted. If I'm making up a character for you, then you can include a small description, and I'll have free reign on everything else.
3. Focus of the stream
Sometimes I will write that it'll be a certain stream like 'Villainous Stream' or 'Vocaloid Stream'. Please do not ask something in the middle of chat for something that doesn't retain to the stream at hand. If I say it's a request stream, then you have free reign, but during other times, I like to draw things that are connected in some way, that way I don't have to break concentration on one subject for another.

I'm sorry if the rules seem kinda pushy, but I'm sometimes a nervous wreck and have a hard time saying 'no' because I'll feel bad. plus this has happened in previous lifestreams, which made me uncomfortable.
Livestreams will be announced via a Livestream drawing. However I have yet to set one up as of now, So right now they are in the form of status updates.
Chat Rules
I really hope these ones will be simple. Don't be rude to anyone, don't pick on anyone, and make sure everyone feels welcomed. I hope I won't need to set any actual rules here, because of problems in the chat.
Well, those are the Livestream rules. I'll work on the Livestream pictures soon, so please hang on till then ^^ And I'm unsure if Livestreams should be a daily thing or not, so let me know! Comment here or on my profile if you want a daily live stream maybe on Saturday. or Sunday, pretty much I don't have a preference on the day, so go nuts.
Edit: Oh! and If you wanna request something just in general, please note me! (rules about the sexual stuff still apply though)

I feel bad that I'm making this. I am not a personal fan of these Journals, but I haven't used this character in forever and I really need to talk about her and draw her more.

Character: Niva Nekosan
1. All speakers, including the ones on her boots work. She controls the speaker with a Bluetooth remote.
2. She still needs a voicebank, but the desired range is higher than Luka's pitch but lower than Miku's.
3. Favorite kind of drink is anything of a fruity or sweet nature.
4. Though she likes her short hair, often, she will put it into a small ponytail, or wear extensions.
5. Niva chews bubble gum out of nervous habits.
6. Niva's favorite Vocaloid is Luka. Though she admires all of them greatly.
7. Niva's favorite instrument is the Piano.
8. Her origin story is still being messed around with, but it's either a regular person that sings very well or a clone gone wrong. Still hashing out the details.
